Resizing Policy:
Complimentary resizing is offered within the first three months after purchase.
Resizing beyond the complimentary period is subject to a fee, quoted based on the complexity of the work.
Some designs may have limitations on resizing due to the structure or setting of the gemstones. In such cases, we will provide alternative solutions.
Resizing for rings with engravings may require re-engraving, which could incur additional cost.
Repair Policy:
Every piece of Sereeni Jewelry is handmade. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we offer a one year warranty. Manufacturing defects may include loose gemstones or loose prongs.
Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, scratches, stretched chains/rings, lost jewelry, or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning or storage. Colored gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against nicks and wear. Please purchase private insurance to protect your jewelry from damage, theft, etc.
If you find any defects in the original craftsmanship of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Please note that we can always assist you with custom repairs, including polishing and cutting of gemstones and diamonds, general servicing and cleaning.

Maintenance Policy:
We provide professional cleaning and maintenance services to keep your jewelry in excellent condition.
Annual maintenance checks are recommended to ensure the integrity of the setting and overall condition of the piece. Complimentary cleaning and polishing will be offered when you send your piece in for maintenance.
Any repairs or alterations beyond cleaning and polishing may incur additional charges. This may include rhodium plating of white gold, replacing missing pavé stones or stone tightening. Should such services be required, we will contact you in advance to discuss any cost before proceeding with the work.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending your jewelry pieces to us and having them returned to you. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods.
We are not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

Jewelry that has been altered or repaired by a third party after purchase is not covered by our warranty.
Damage resulting from improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, or physical impact is not covered by our warranty.
